Shipping policy

 

DELIVERY VIA COURIER

All items are normally dispatched within one working day of placing your order.

Once an order is dispatched it may take between 1-5 working days for delivery. Orders are not always dispatched on day of ordering.

Orders over R1000 are free, shipping for orders under R1000 will be charged at R180 shipping fee

Deliveries made to extremely remote areas may incur a delivery charge.

Orders are delivered via TheCourierGuy.

INSTORE COLLECTIONS

Instore collections are free when you choose to collect your order at one of our salons located in the Western Cape.  Our Stores are located in Van Riebeeckshof, Somerset West, Green Point, Durbanville and Stellenbosch. Your order will take approxiamately 1 working day after the day of processing to be delivered to one of our stores.  We will send you an email once your order is ready for collection

RETURNS

For hygiene reasons, Items can only be returned if they are unopened, unused and in re-saleable condition with all tamper resistant seals, packaging and any cellophane intact and unopened.

Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving them. The goods remain your responsibility until they are received and signed by us. All goods returned will incur a 15% handling fee.
