Return and Refund Policy for Show Hair Salon
At Show Hair Salon, your satisfaction is our top priority. We want to ensure that you are fully informed about our return and refund policy. Please read the following guidelines carefully to understand your rights and our procedures regarding returns.
Returns
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can no longer offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be in its original packaging, with all labels, tags, and seals intact.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable due to hygiene and safety regulations:
- Intimate or sanitary goods
- Gift cards
- Some health and personal care items
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at info@showsalon.co.za within 30 days of your purchase.
- Provide your order number, details of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a return authorisation and instructions on how to proceed.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product).
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over R500, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- If you choose not to use a trackable shipping service, you assume the risk of loss or damage to the returned item.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.
- If your return is rejected, we will provide a detailed explanation for the decision.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received your refund yet, please follow these steps:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Reach out to your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please send us an email at info@showsalon.co.za and send your item to:

Changes to Your Order
If you wish to change your order after it has been placed, please contact us immediately. Once the order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to accommodate changes.
