We quote based on:

Different hair types, lengths, and colour goals require different amounts of professional product. Someone with fine, shoulder-length hair will need far less colour than someone with thick, waist-length hair.
2. The time and complexity of the service
Some transformations (like major colour corrections or going from dark to blonde) require multiple steps, more time, and advanced techniques. We price according to the work involved to give you the best results without compromise.

We charge based on the amount of colour we use. We use Redken equalizing conditioning color that is gentle, ammonia-free, silicone-free, and fragrance-free.

Yes, in most cases—with care. We start with a complimentary consultation to evaluate your hair’s condition and create a plan that’s both realistic and safe. In some cases, we may recommend a restorative treatment plan before colour, or offer gentle options like Shades EQ to enhance your hair without further compromise.
What is your cancellation policy?
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the time to another client. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a cancellation fee.
Because of the time, product, and expertise involved, we do not offer refunds on services. However, your satisfaction is important to us—if you’re unhappy with your result, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment so we can assess and offer a solution.
If you’re running late, please let us know as soon as possible. We’ll always do our best to accommodate you, but in some cases, a delayed arrival may result in a shortened or rescheduled service.
